Casa Grey Roma is an intimate apartment with arched windows, hexagonal cement tiles and designer furnishings. Besides a living area and a customized, fully functional kitchen, the space features a minimalistic master bedroom with a canopy bed, decorated with both vintage and contemporary furnishings and accessories. An en-suite bathroom completes the abode.

CANCELLATION
Guests may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund until 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation in the three days before arrival, guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the stay (deposit and tourist taxes will not be withheld).

The cost of the electricity bill is to be paid separately. The amount is Euro 150.00 per week for the winter period (winter and autumn) and Euro 100.00 per week for the summer period (summer and spring).
The tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Cortina d'Ampezzo must be paid separately, up to a maximum of Euro 10.00 per person. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
For July and August, priority is given to stays with a minimum duration of 5 nights.
Please note that during the Christmas period and the week of August 15th, parking might be more difficult, even with private access, as many Italians head to Cortina for their holidays.
Any changes to the check-in time must be agreed in advance, and will incur in an additional fee.
