  • Casa Blue Maremma is located in Orbetello’s historic center, which is not accessible to cars. We recommend bringing a luggage with wheels— or a bag easy to carry—as it’s a short walk to the house.

    We recommend that you park at the "GENERALI" sign, go up the stairs and take the alley in front of via Magenta, which will lead you straight to via Mentana, 1.

    If you have a lot of luggage, it’s best to park in Piazza della Repubblica (although parking is a little more expensive) and then continue along via del Rosso. Here’s the Google Maps link:

BOOKING POLICY

Minimum nights: 3

Maximum nights: 10

Reservations must be made at least one day before the arrival date. Guests will be asked a security deposit of Euro 200.00, which will be re-credited by bank transfer three days after check-out.

When booking directly with us, you might be required to pay 25% of the entire amount of the stay upfront. The remaining amount will have to be paid within fourteen days of checking-in.

CANCELLATION

Guests may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund until 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation in the three days before arrival, guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the stay (deposit and tourist taxes will not be withheld).
