  • The cost of a taxi or a rental car with driver (NCC) from/to both Rome airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) is of Euro 60.00.

    We recommend using a NCC, which we can help arrange to make your trip in and out of Rome a little smoother. The driver will greet you directly at the arrivals and, on your departure day, will make sure to accompany you right to the airport entrance.This service has no additional cost other than the rate that you will pay directly to the driver.

This particular aspect is set to define your entire stay, as it creates a very close relationship between travelers and urban spaces, revealing the city in all its magic. The panoramic views, the maze-like alleyways of the center, the Lungotevere and its interaction with the river, the small enchanting piazzas where you can almost forget you are in a modern-day metropolis: all of this is within walking distance.

 

BOOKING POLICY

Minimum nights: 3

Maximum nights: 7

Reservations must be made at least one day before the arrival date. Guests will be asked a security deposit of Euro 200.00, which will be re-credited by bank transfer three days after check-out.

When booking directly with us, you might be required to pay 25% of the entire amount of the stay upfront. The remaining amount will have to be paid within seven days of checking-in. 

Once payment is made, you will receive the digital keycard, and have access to our Guest-App and guides. 

CANCELLATION

Guests may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund until 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation in the three days before arrival, guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the stay (deposit and tourist taxes will not be withheld). 

 

OTHER INFO 

Be mindful of your keycard: in case of loss, a charge of Є30.00 will be applied.
