BOOKING POLICY

Minimum nights: 5

Maximum nights: 10

Reservations must be made at least one day before the arrival date. Guests will be asked a security deposit of Euro 400.00, which will be re-credited by bank transfer three days after check-out.

When booking directly with us, you might be required to pay 25% of the entire amount of the stay upfront. The remaining amount will have to be paid within fourteen days of checking-in.

CANCELLATION

Guests may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund until 20 days before arrival. In case of cancellation in the three days before arrival, guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the stay (deposit and tourist taxes will not be withheld).

OTHER INFO 

The cost of the electricity bill is to be paid separately. The amount is Euro 100.00 per week for the winter period (winter and autumn) and Euro 80.00 per week for the summer period (summer and spring).

The tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Cortina d'Ampezzo must be paid separately, up to a maximum of Euro 12.50 per person. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

For July and August and Christmas priority is given to stays with a minimum duration of 6 nights.

Please note that during the Christmas period and the week of August 15th, parking might be more difficult, even with private access, as many Italians head to Cortina for their holidays. 

Any changes to the check-in time must be agreed in advance, and will incur in an additional fee.
